I am mother of 2.5 boys. Married for a few years. Can't remember the exact date. shhhhhh Graduated from Virginia Tech. GO HOKIES! So close to getting my Masters. Go Mommy!
So why do I blog? I am quite lonely in the state of Maryland...not much family here. We have family all over the United States though. Being that I can't really stand talking on the phone, I thought it would be great if I could update my extended family on how we are doing via blog. That way, when they ask how the kids are doing, I can point them towards the blog. It is a neat way of inviting them along for the ride. And you don't get that look of shock evey time we see family during the holidays "oh wow, so and so has gotten so much bigger".
I love being a Mommy to my boys. A lot of young Mom's will immediately say they want to raise their kids differently from how they were raised. They want to do things their Mom's didn't do. I don't. I want to raise my kids exactly how my Mom raised me. Well...with a little twist of Baby Gap and Nike instead of the goodwill and thrift shops.
